Fantasy Pulse: Week 12

Written by Adam Jennings on . Posted in Fantasy Sports Coverage

Houston Texans 34, Detroit Lions 31

Texans- Keep rolling with QB Matt Schaub, RB Arian Foster and WR Andre Johnson.  Andre 3000 has almost 500 yards over the last two weeks.

Lions- WR Calvin Johnson now has four straight 100+ yard games and 3 TDs over his last four games.  WR Ryan Broyles is coming off a 100 yard game and should be considered a decent emergency option.

Washington Redskins 38, Dallas Cowboys 31

Redskins- WR Pierre Garcon had a quality game (5 rec for 93 yards and a score).  He can be safely deployed as a WR3.

Cowboys- WR Dez Bryant has found the endzone in three straight games.  TE Jason Witten has had at least six receptions in eight straight games.

New England Patriots 49, New York Jets 19

Patriots- It's quite simple, keep rolling with all of your Patriots.

Jets-   This one is also simple; avoid all Jets.

Chicago Bears 28, Minnesota Vikings 10

Vikings- RB Adrian Peterson is the only Viking you should be trusting in your lineup.

Bears- If you have RB Michael Bush, you definitely should be hoping that Matt Forte misses Sunday's game.  WR Brandon Marshall continues to be a PPR beast.

Cincinnati Bengals 34, Oakland Raiders 10

Raiders- At this point, it's tough trusting any Raiders in your fantasy lineup.

Bengals- RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis has two straight 100+ yard games with a TD in each.  Get him back in your lineup.

Cleveland Browns 20, Pittsburgh Steelers 14

Steelers- If QB Ben Roethlisberger is back, players like WR Mike Wallace and TE Heath Miller get their value back.  If Charlie Batch is the QB, I'd leave all your Steelers on your bench.

Browns- RB Trent Richardson is the only Brown that should be cracking your lineup.

Indianapolis Colts 20, Buffalo Bills 13

Bills- That's three straight six reception games for WR Stevie Johnson.  With RB Fred Jackson back in the fold, C.J. Spiller sees his value drop a little.  Spiller is still a quality RB2.

Colts- WR T.Y. Hilton isn't producing a lot of yardage, but he's still finding the endzone.  Hilton is a decent WR3 and continues to develop.

Denver Broncos 17, Kansas City Chiefs 9

Broncos- The problem with Peyton Manning run teams is he distributes the ball too well.  Five different receivers had four receptions.  RB Knowshon Moreno had a decent game, but it's tough trusting him this late in the season.

Chiefs- RB Jamaal Charles is putting up good yardage totals as of yet, but he's not not finding the endzone.  The odds say he'll find paydirt this week against Carolina.

Miami Dolphins 24, Seattle Seahawks 21

Seahawks- QB Russell Wilson has now thrown multiple TDs in four straight games.  However, he'll likely struggle this week against the Bears.

Dolphins- You may be tempted to start using RB Reggie Bush again, but I'd continue to avoid all Dolphins.

Atlanta Falcons 24, Tampa Bay Buccaneers 23

Falcons- Four straight 300+ yard games for QB Matt Ryan, but he only has four TDs over that span.  TE Tony Gonzalez continues to be a PPR star.

Buccaneers- QB Josh Freeman had a rare off game.  Look for him to bounce back this week.  RB Doug Martin continues to shine in his rookie year.

Jacksonville Jaguars 24, Tennessee Titans 19

Titans- RB Chris Johnson should be the only Titan in your lineup.

Jaguars- WRs Cecil Shorts and Justin Blackmon are both solid WR3 options.

Baltimore Ravens 16, San Diego Chargers 13

Ravens- It looks like WR Torrey Smith is back on track.  RB Ray Rice is coming off his best receiving game of the season (8 receptions for 67 yards).

Chargers- RB Ryan Mathews has scored just one TD on the season and has zero 100 yard games.  WR Malcom Floyd continues to be a decent PPR option (seven straight games  with four or more receptoins).

San Francisco 49ers 31, New Orleans Saints 21

49ers- It tough trusting a late season starter like QB Colin Kaepernick, but if you need QB help, he's a quality option.

Saints- Keep starting all of your Saints (except their RBs, unless you're in a PPR league, then it's okay to roll with Darren Sproles).

St. Louis Rams 31, Arizona Cardinals 17

Rams- If you're in a PPR league, you should be hoping for a healthy Danny Amendola this week.  WR Chris Givens has TDs in two of his last three games.

Cardinals- RB Beanie Wells finally made an impact (48 yards rushing and 2 scores) and should be considered a quality emergency option.

New York Giants 38, Green Bay Packers 10

Packers- Charlk this up as an off game for the Pack.  It'll be interesting to see how WR Greg Jennings fits into the Packers' offense this week.

Giants- Ahmad Bradshaw owners should be quite happy with Andre Brown not pillaging cheap TDs anymore this season.  WR Victor Cruz hasn't had a 100 yard game since 10/21.

Carolina Panthers 30, Philadelphia Eagles 22

Panthers- WR Brandon LaFell has TDs in three of his last five games.  QB Cam Newton has 9 combined TDs over his last four games.

Eagles- RB Bryce Bowen had a monster game (178 yards and 2 TDs).  As long as LeSean McCoy is out, feel free to start Bowen as a RB2.
