Redskins Roundup: The Skins are in trouble

INJURY UPDATE: Looks like WR Pierre Garcon may well misss another game, this Sunday's home opener against the Cincinnati Bengals.

He's working extremely hard, but it's still sore," Shanahan said. "That's why he's not taking all the reps. ... You just kind of keep your fingers crossed, but it's nagging him a little bit more than I was hoping it would." Garcon bruised his right foot in the season opener at New Orleans and was limited to eight plays. "Hopefully it gets well," Shanahan said.

CB Josh Wilson and SS Brandon Meriweather were also both limited in practice and Meriweather's knee is still taped up. No word on when they will play again.

Speaking of injuries, the Redskins must find a way to replace DE Adam Carriker and OLB Brian Orakpo, the team's best pass-rusher. John Keim has a good look at what the Skins defense plans to do without their two starters.

Rookie QB Robert Griffin has been fantastic in his first two pro games

The parking lot at Redskins Park is filled with tricked-out sports cars and gigantic SUVs, but TB Alfred Morris, the humble rookie 6th round draft pick who won the starting job and is leading the team in rushing, drives a 1991 Mazda he affectionately calls "my Bentley." Check out the photos.
