Caps to Pens 5-4 in OT!

Written by dcprosportsreport on . Posted in Uncategorized

The Capitals defeated the Penguins 5-4 in overtime, with David Steckel scoring the game-winner on a deflection from a shot by Brooks Laich. Viktor Kozlov scored twice, Alexander Semin had a goal and an assist and Alex Ovechkin had 3 assists and a +3 for the game.

It's now on to game 7 in the Phone Booth. The Penguins have never won a game 7 after leading a series 3-2. I don't think that stat means anything, but I throw it in there for the superstitious among you.
