New Capitals Poll: Who is to blame?

We have a new poll up on the site and this time we're asking you about the Washington Choking Dogs Capitals. They just squandered a 3-1 series lead and an entire regular season worth of great wins and fell to the Montreal Canadiens in the best of seven series.  The Choking Dogs Caps became the latest #1 seed to lose to a #8 seed, but the first #1 seed to lose to a #8 seed after having a 3-1 series lead. The NHL's best offense and best power play were nowhere to be found and Choking Dogs Caps fans are left to wonder, again, what went wrong?

So, who is to blame for this grotesque and vile atrocity? Is it:

Mike "AWOL in the playoffs 1.0" Green?
