Poll: Should the Capitals trade Ovechkin?

Jim Matheson of the Edmonton Journal takes a look at Alex Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals and wonders the un-thinkable: Will the Capitals trade their star, their center piece, the face of the franchise? has done for the Pittsburgh Penguins. Nonetheless, rather than just giving up on Ovechkin and starting over from scratch, I'd prefer to see the Capitals try to surround him with the defense he needs to complement his almost unique offensive talents.
