Mike Green out "up to 3 weeks"

The acquisition of defenseman Dennis Wideman took on an added importance this afternoon as we learned that Mike Green"expected to be out of line-up up to 3 weeks." for the Capitals. Green played less than two-and-a-half minutes against the Rangers before exiting with a head injury, his second in recent weeks. He's now at his offseason home in Calgary due to the death of his grandmother. Green has already missed 7 of the last 9 games after being hit in the head with a puck, so his health for the remainder of the season is not something the Capitals can take for granted.
