3 Players to Watch:

Mattias Sjögren: Sjögren is the player most likely to make the Caps roster out of Training Camp. The Swede dominated at July Development Camp, and it should be men against boys again.

Dmitry Orlov: The Russian defenseman will fight for a spot as well, but is likely to head to Hershey for his first full North American season. He should get a chance to prove himself with the Caps at some point this season, so keep an eye on him.

Philipp Grubauer: The 2010 fourth round pick turns pro this season, and should spend start off as the South Carolina Stingrays' starting goalie. When the injuries inevitably roll in higher up on the depth chart, he'll be given a chance with the Bears and if he's lucky with the NHL club.

The schedule is as follows:

Sept. 11: Practice 10:30-11:30 a.m. On-ice testing 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m.

Sept. 12: Practice 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m.

Sept. 13: Practice 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m.

Sept. 14: Practice 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. Scrimmage 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m.

Sept. 15: Rookie game at Philadelphia 5 p.m.

All sessions are free and open to the public. It is well worth heading out and taking a look. See you there.
