Fleischmann agrees to one year deal

Tomas Fleischmann agreed to terms on a 1 year deal worth $2.6 million yesterday, avoiding salary arbitration. Flash played in 68 games last year and scored 23 goals and added 28 helpers. He was a +9 rating for the season. On special teams, Flash had 7 goals and 13 assists.
Fleischmann also took some late minutes at the 2nd line center position late last season. Not impressive. Flash and the Capitals should stick to what Flash does well, on the outside.
