NHL Owners Ratify, Bettman apologizes
The NHL Owners have ratified the new CBA that ended the NHL lockout. The reported vote was 30-0. The CBA will now go for a ratificiation vote to the NHLPA.
Apparently after the vote, NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman issued an apology to fans, saying "I am sorry."
