Reports: Nats and Bryce Harper progressing

A few twitter reports, one from former Nats GM Jim Bowden, indicate that the Washington Nationals are closing in on a deal with first overall draft pick Bryce Harper.  The Nationals selected first again in the MLB Draft and had the once in a generation opportunity to take a phenom right after a phenom.  Last year was P Stephen Strasburg.  This year it is 17 year old power hitter Bryce Harper.
