Strasburg, Wall nominated for ESPYs

John Wall is going to take part in a Summer League Wizards practice today and then catch a flight from Las Vegas to Los Angeles to attend the ESPYs, where he is nominated for Best Male College Athlete and Best Breakthrough Athlete. Nationals phenom pitcher Stephen Strasburg is also nominated for Best Breakthrough Athlete.

Do you care about this? I sure as hell don't. I'm not a fan of any awards show and the ESPYs has got to be the bottom of the entire rancid pile, as far as I'm concerned. If I had to choose between watching the ESPYs and having one lung removed with a can opener, I'd go with the can opener thing.
