Jayson Werth Returns To Lineup

Written by tomblaz on . Posted in Washington Nationals

After nearly three months on the disabled list, Jayson Werth returned to the Nationals starting lineup last night. Werth was off to a solid start when he broke his wrist on May 6th. Werth started in center field against the Phillies, his first time at the position since September. Jayson went eight for 27 during a nine game rehab in the minors. With Mike Morse in left field and Bryce Harper in right field, the Nats finally have their projected starting outfield.
