Count NFL correspondent Vince Carucci as a Redskins believer.  Believe that?  You should. 

In Carucci’s latest article, he chooses the Washington Redskins as the NFL’s most improved team for the 2010 season.  In fact, Carucci thinks the Redskins have improved enough to declare then a wild card playoff contender.
