Lavar joins the Washington Post

Former Washington Redskins Linebacker Lavar Arrington announced on twitter this afternoon that he will be joining the Washington Post Redskins coverage team.  Lavar will be joining Jason Ried, Dan Steinberg, Rick Maese, and others in providing full Redskins coverage.    I am sure that makes Redskins owner Dan Snyder very happy. 

Kudos to Lavar!  The Post is not only getting a knowledgeable, former football player, but a great guy at that.  Lavar has been a sports radio personality at The fan 106.7 in Washington, along with Chad Dukes.
