OLB Lorenzo Alexander is rapidly becoming one of my favorite Redskins. Apart from his fine performance during training camp so far, the guy is willing to talk and really good at it. [Seriously, this guy has a career in media once he's finished playing football.] Here he talks about playing linebacker, his expectations for the defense, his thoughts on Jeremy Jarmon, Andre Carter and the defensive line in front of him. Also a really good quick and dirty explanation of what the linebackers in a 3-4 defense do. There's lots of good stuff packed into 3 minutes and 30 seconds so take the time to watch it all.
