This is one of my favorite interviews -- Special Teams Coach Danny Smith. Not only is he the longest-tenured coach on the team, he's also the loudest -- by far. He can be seen at practice stalking up and down the sidelines, yelling instructions and encouragement to his players and insisting on rigorous attention to detail.

Here, he talks about how he designs special teams coverage, what he thinks of kicker Graham Gano and punter Josh Bidwell, return specialist Terrence Austin and more.
