Skins Likely Hosting White Hot Seattle If They Make Playoffs
The Redskins goal remains simple, win and your in. A victory over Dallas on Sunday night at Fed Ex Field and Washington is the NFC East champ for the first time since 1999.
Washington could back into the playoffs as a wildcard if they lose on Sunday night, but would need the Vikings to lose to the Packers and the Bears to lose in Detroit.
It's likely that the winner of the Cowboys-Redskins game will be NFC East champ and the loser's season will end. This is definitely the case for Dallas, and will be for Washington as well, should Minnesota and/or Chicago win.
The NFC East champ will be the #4 seed and will host the #5 seed, likely Seattle. Just be thankful that this potential matchup would be at home!
