Wizards- Less Are Watching
The NBA is showing its strongest viewership numbers since Michael Jordan (Chicago version).
Local ratings are up nearly 20% and four teams have doubled last year's numbers.
Minnesota, Oklahoma City, LA Clippers and Philadelphia are enjoying more than 100% growth.
Not so in Washington. Only the New Jersey Nets are watched by fewer fans than the Wizards.
San Antonio is enjoying the highest ratings at 7.94 with Washington next to last at 1.13.
Washington also had among the biggest drops, with numbers down 19.9% from a year ago.
The Wizards average 27,000 households viewing with the Lakers leading the way at a quarter million.
