Wizards Primer

With free agency getting underway a week from Friday, the Wizards must take advantage of the new amnesty clause and pay off forward Rashard Lewis.

Lewis has two years left @ 32 million and can be bought off without effecting the slightly less than 50 million dollar salary cap.

With new found cap space the Wizards would be well served by matching any offer sheet to restricted free agent Nick Young.

The Wizards had one of their best drafts in recent memory, drafting three players who should see minutes as early as December.
