Ted Leonsis makes a good decision

Ted Leonsis, owner of the Washington Capitals and soon-to-be owner of the Washington Wizards and Verizon Center [he already owns 44% of the Wiz and Phone Booth] just made a good decision. It's hardly the first good decision he's made, but it is his first as the future owner of the sports arena in Chinatown and the basketball teams that play inside the building.
